This powerful connection allows us to embrace life's beauty and recognize the abundance that surrounds us.
Engage in transformative practices, such as Kundalini yoga to open the heart chakra, and enjoy a heart-awakening Yin yoga class that will help you release tension and invite love into your life. Participate in sacred ceremonies that honor our shared journey and deepen your connection to the earth, Mother Nature, and each other.
You’ll also experience a beautiful sunrise meditation at the archaeological site of Yaxunah, where the ancient energy of the land will enhance your practice and awaken your heart. Take time to journal, set intentions, and express gratitude, enriching your personal journey throughout the retreat. To culminate our experience, we’ll gather for a fire ceremony, celebrating our transformations and releasing what no longer serves us.
